"Is That Normal?" -The Diary of a New Mom

Well hello there fabulous reader, how are you doing tonight? Good? That's good. Oh, me? I'm actually pretty good too! Ok, enough internal dialogue lets get into the good stuff, the news you've all been waiting (I assume) to hear, how munchkin's 4 month checkup went! Well the long and short of it is good, he's growing well (14.1 lbs, 25" long) and he's hitting his milestones. He's got great head control, he's working on rolling over, and making the always squee inducing laughs and babbles. Aaaaand, drum roll please, he's started rice cereal! Yep, we got the go ahead from the doctor to start introducing it so earlier this week we gave him his first taste and...he's kinda indifferent. He's not over the moon about it but he doesn't hate it either. It is still the first week so I'm sure as he gets more used to it he'll like it more but his thought process right now is probably something like "What is this stuff, I can...

Kim is back, tell a friend! =D Yeah, whoa I did not mean to go an entire month between posts but here we are. Accept my imaginary apology cookie and let's move on. So this past month has seen some wonderful developments with little Mr. Sean. For one he's smiling and laughing up a storm which, in my opinion of course, is the most adorable thing in the history of history! I have a video of him laughing on my Facebook and I challenge you to not be in a good mood after watching it, it's just the most adorable little pterodactyl laugh you'll ever hear. Besides laughing though, he's also recognizing faces too and let me tell you, when I get home from work and I'm tired from dealing with stupid (more on that later) and I come in and see him and he gives me the biggest smile OMG MY HEART!!
